One interesting thing I found: GMF 3285 and P4P5 appear to be closely connected. The current P4P5 website lists the exact same Laval address, phone and fax as GMF 3285, and its GMF-professional page describes access to GMF nurses, social workers and pharmacists. I would not copy all of that onto the new GMF 3285 site yet, though, because we should confirm which services belong specifically to GMF 3285 versus P4P5.
